(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 4, a concerned person who is not satisfied with the notification that the real estate will be acquired may file a complaint before the committee within thirty-five days from the date of the notification.
(2) The committee will make a decision on the complaint made according to sub-section (1) after necessary investigation.
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the committee in accordance with sub-section (2) may appeal to the district court within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the notice of such decision.
